By accessing https://novaquebec.ca and using NovaQuebec services, you accept these general terms unconditionally. If you do not accept any clause, please immediately stop using the service.
NovaQuebec offers a subscription service for the streaming of TV and video content via the Internet (IPTV) intended strictly for personal and private use within Canada. The service includes live channel access, a video-on-demand library (VOD) and replay (catch-up) features.
You must be at least 18 years old and a Canadian resident to subscribe to NovaQuebec. The information provided when ordering (name, email, phone) must be accurate and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your IBO Player credentials.
NovaQuebec subscriptions are sold for a fixed duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). No renewal is automatic — a reminder email is sent before expiration. To continue using the service, you must renew manually before the due date.
Accepted payment methods: Interac e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), applicable taxes included if required by Quebec legislation. Service activation is conditional on actual receipt of payment.
One subscription = one device active simultaneously. Using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously is technically blocked and may result in account suspension. Unauthorized resale of credentials to a third party is strictly prohibited outside the official reseller program.
NovaQuebec is officially supported only via the IBO Player application. We do not guarantee operation with other third-party applications. IBO Player license activation fees (around $15 CAD lifetime) are at the customer's expense and independent from the NovaQuebec subscription.
NovaQuebec commits to providing a quality service with a target uptime of 99.9%. However, the service may be interrupted for maintenance, force majeure, customer Internet failure, or reasons beyond our control. NovaQuebec shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from temporary service unavailability.
All copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property of the channels and content streamed belong to their respective owners. NovaQuebec operates via Premium OTT servers and complies with applicable regulations. The NovaQuebec name, logo and novaquebec.ca site are the exclusive property of NovaQuebec.
NovaQuebec reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms (mass sharing, fraud, support abuse), without refund or notice. The client may cancel their subscription at any time; no prorated refund is provided beyond the 7-day guarantee.
NovaQuebec reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.
These terms are governed by Quebec and Canadian law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
